Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop detailed business cases, process flows, and technical specifications to support system enhancements and new solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business units to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions and monitor performance metrics.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with a focus on business process improvement and technology projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, modeling techniques, and data visualization platforms.

Work Environment

This position typically operates in a professional office setting (hybrid). Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder meetings, project workshops, or training sessions.
