Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized storage of materials and oversee inventory control processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for timely material delivery and dispatch.
• Monitor material usage, track stock levels, and generate inventory reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures within the material yard.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training preferred.
• Forklift experience and/or certification is required (we will certify as well).
• Experience in warehouse or material coordination roles is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts.
• Proficient in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background and drug screening.

Working Conditions

This position is based in the material yard and may require working outdoors, lifting heavy items, and operating machinery. Adherence to safety standards is essential.
